All equipment sold by Top Laser Training Academy comes with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in manufacturing and workmanship under normal professional use. If your device malfunctions due to a manufacturing fault during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the unit or affected component at no additional cost, subject to terms and inspection.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, accidental damage, failure to follow operating instructions, modifications or repairs not carried out by an authorized technician, or use of non-approved accessories. Cosmetic wear and tear, consumables, and misuse are excluded from coverage.

To make a warranty claim, customers must provide a valid proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. Top Laser Training Academy reserves the right to determine whether a claim is valid under warranty conditions. Devices must be returned to us or our designated service provider for inspection before any repair or replacement is processed.

Top Laser Training Academy aims to ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, as all the machines are custom made, we do not accept any returns.
